Welcome to Drivers Dream Days UK we are one of the largest independent direct suppliers of quality, good value driving experience gifts in the UK. As we all appreciate that when choosing an experience day for you or family & friends decisions are not easy. Our aim is to offer you assistance every step of the way, with a wide variety of experiences to suit any occasion and most budgets. So whether you want a taster to whet your appetite, or a full blown experience event we can help. We are very keen to build our business on the back of happy customers who by recommending us to others help us to offer such great experiences at such unbelievable value for money. By dealing direct with a supplier you are saving any potential high mark-ups. Whether, a novice driver or experienced professional we want you to feel welcome and enjoy expert tuition from our instructors in the best vehicles and pleasant surroundings. We know how much our customers enjoy their driving experiences so our terms and conditions have been carefully written to ensure that there are no misunderstandings which could detract from your enjoyment. We recommend that anyone purchasing or booking their experience takes time to read the terms and conditions in full.
Your commitment; you will need to be sure to give yourself plenty of lead in time for your booking, which can be as much as 8 - 12 weeks prior to the date of your event as it is critical that your voucher validity date has not expired when you attend as you will not be allowed to take part in your experience. Once you have booked your date, we reserve your car, instructor and circuit time. If you then choose to cancel, you will be in breach of contract and we reserve the right to retain all monies paid. Please speak to our customer care team on 0871 230 1002 to arrange Cancellation Indemnity and/or Waiver Indemnity cover. All customers must allow plenty of time for their journey if they are late (arriving after their agreed arrival time stated on their letter) they will not be able to take part in their experience. The driver on the day must bring their driving license, gift voucher and their letter, without these you will not be able to take part. If you have lost your voucher we will replace it for a charge of £25; If you are a customer who has returned their voucher to us then you will need your driving license and your confirmation letter to take part in your event. Directions to the venue are sent out as assistance only and customers are asked to plan their journeys carefully, Drivers Dream Days is not responsible for customers getting to the venue.
FURTHER INFORMATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): We want you to enjoy your day so please ensure that you thoroughly read the following information. NOTE: Please arrive in good time for registration. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time so that you can receive relevant information before taking part in your event. We cannot permit anyone to participate in an Experience without attending/receiving a drivers briefing, this can be as a group or with your instructor behind the wheel, this will vary depending upon which event you are doing.
All vouchers are normally posted out by first class mail, or if ordered before 3.pm you can choose & pay for special next day delivery, we will send your vouchers out this way. This is not an option on Fridays as next day delivery cannot be guaranteed on a Saturday. In all delivery cases Drivers Dream Days cannot be held responsible for failure of delivery as we use the Royal Mail postal service and can only assume that they will fulfill their agreement as stated in their documentation.
1. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the host or event manager/organiser at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right. In general, we consider it unreasonable if you take no action during an event, but then write a letter of complaint at a later date. It is difficult to put your issue right if you have already left the venue. Every effort and aim of all staff of Drivers Dream Days is happy customers and refunds will not be issued after your event. If you have a situation with regards to any other matters, you can send a letter to our customer services department at the address below; our policy is to reply within 30 days.
2. Drivers Dream Days indemnity Waiver provided on day of events by signing a form & paying a fee between £20-£30 (dependant on venue and weather) we can offer a Damage Waiver Insurance. (That voids the above signing Indemnity on arrival). Drivers Dream Days have agreed that should there be any damage whatsoever to any of the vehicles I drive today I will not have to pay the first £2000 of damage as previously stated on the signing in sheet for my experience. The Damage Waiver Insuarance is void if found to be driving negligently/dangerously. I confirm that I am not suffering from any illness or disability whether permanent or temporary or otherwise which is likely to affect my control of the vehicles being driven. I confirm I hold a valid UK/International driving license.
3. Refunds and Cancellations. Drivers Dream Days are happy to make refunds on unbooked experiences, bought direct from Drivers Dream Days within 7 days of purchase, minus a 10% administration charge (being a minimum charge of £25 and a maximum charge of £50). After 7 days no refund will be available. An alternative named driver can be submitted, but a £25 administration charge will be applicable and the same time scale applies as re-booking time scales. Drivers Dream Days does not accept re-bookings if your event has been booked (unless covered under separate cancellation cover). Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the experience, and if originally purchased by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the card has expired you will need to request a refund in writing, quoting details of a new credit card. If you have a date specific or booked voucher then no refund or cancellation or other changes maybe made.
4. Cancellation Cover (Must be paid for separately): This can be requested from our Customer Care Team on 0871 230 1002 before booking your activity. If you have purchased this from Drivers Dream Days we will rebook an activity, within the vouchers validity period, if the customer should cancel an already booked activity session as a direct consequence of one or more of the circumstances set out below:
· Death within the immediate family.
· Breakdown on route to an event.
· Serious illness of participant.
Relevant official revcovery documentation must be provided for the above in the event of cancellation. Once purchased this policy is non refundable and does not fall within the 7 day conditions. This covers the participant taking part in the event and not the gift voucher this is only available on experiences upto the value of £299 please call if over this value for a bespoke cost.
5. Session Lengths and availability. All experiences are offered subject to availability and weather conditions on the day. It may be necessary to book your day on certain Experiences well in advance (please call our office for our advice and or availability 0871 230 1002) due to demand. Please book your experience well in advance allowing 8 to 12 weeks. We are unable to make provisional reservations. You are advised not to make travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been confirmed in writing. Should any alterations have to then take place due to reasons beyond our control we shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred. Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will usually be taking turns with other people and there will be waiting time involved. We give team timed itineraries as a guide only and the running order of an event may change without notice and Drivers Dream Days will not be liable.
6. Adverse weather conditions & mechanical breakdown & cancellation of your booked event: From time to time some of our experiences may have to be cancelled or suspended due to adverse weather conditions, reasons beyond our control or very occasionally mechanical breakdowns. Where this is a possibility, for example in the case of certain driving experiences every effort will then be made to contact you and or offer an alternative on the day or re-book the experience at the next available date and venue. Drivers Dream Days will not be responsible for any accommodation, travel or incidental expenses incurred by customers and every effort will be made on the day for your event to continue, even if the time scale is over and above expected booked time or we will offer you an alternative. Once you have booked your experience you are bound by the relevant suppliers terms and conditions and these will be implemented and adhered to at all times
7. Restrictions. Certain experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements, e.g. age, health or weight. We will confirm with you at the time of booking if any restrictions apply to the participant. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. Full details are included in your gift pack and we ask you to read this carefully as soon as you receive it. (No Pets allowed) Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult we hold a no smoking rule whilst in vehicles or in any building on a Drivers Dream Day event. Alcohol is strictly forbidden from all our events. Anyone who is considered to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from all activities and entitled to no refund or rebook. All clients participating in motoring activities must hold a valid UK/International driving License unless specifically stated otherwise in the brochure, for example in the case of the junior driving. If you have any medical condition or disability which may affect your ability to undertake the experience this must be disclosed on the booking form where indicated. If you are in any doubt then please consult your doctor. To ensure the validity of any insurance cover we may in some instances ask clients over a certain age to produce a medical certificate. If you wish to arrange additional cover through our insurers we will be happy to put you in direct contact with them
8. Spectators - Are welcome to attend the event no restrictions at Bruntingthorpe, subject to the following conditions: (Restricted to one per driver for our Oxford) Due to insurance restrictions, children under the age of 12 are permitted but must be supervised at all times whilst on the site by an accompanying adult. Dogs (except guide dogs) or pets cannot be admitted under any circumstances Please note it may be possible for spectators to participate in any of the activities subject to any unfilled places on the course for payment of the appropriate fee. There should also be events inc 4x4 free spectator rides around our challenging course, pay as you go Super Cars, Karting & photos (subject to availability), again restrictions at our Oxford venue do apply including speed restrictions for all drivers on the day and noise pollution.
9. Clothing - We recommend that you come prepared for the extremes of the British climate! Please wear comfortable driving clothing. On cold/wet days you will need warm waterproof clothing, gloves and hats, whilst on summer days the site can become extremely hot and dusty (sun cream). On dry days, wearers of contact lenses may experience some discomfort.

11. Driving ability we do ask that all participants bring their driving licenses with them for their event we also request that you can drive a vehicle with a manual gear box.
12. Changes there will be no changes to bookings made. Any bookings made with less than 30 days before your event please see above cancellation procedures for full details as no changes, cancellations, rebooks or name exchanges will be accepted any bookings made and there are 30 days or more before your event changes can be made but a £25 administration fee will be charged.
Definitions and Other General Information (please read carefully)
The pictures used in all promotional collateral to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only. The machines, vehicles, craft, animals and settings at each venue may vary and are subject to availability and or change. In many instances experience duration will be influenced by weather and the number of persons participating on the day and in consequence some waiting time may result. The pictures used and descriptions of experiences duration and availability on the website are intended to be a guide only for clients and do not form part of any contract with them. Since the equipment used, the settings in which they take place, as well as the supplier/venue may vary from time to time and are subject to change without notice to us the supplier. Drivers Dream Days reserves the right to make amendments and changes to their experiences without notice and will not be liable for doing so. However all reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the experiences provided fall within the general terms described in the brochure/description information file or website. Where this cannot be fulfilled alternative venues or experiences will be offered to the value of your gift voucher. All vehicles used on the day with Drivers Dream Days are subject to availability and or changes without notice and in the event of a vehicle not being available another vehicle maybe implemented but will be of equivalent performance. We also offer a free off road passenger ride at our Leicester venue only this is subject to availability and waiting times are to be expected
Experience Description. The information provided by Drivers Dream Days on each experience is correct at the time of print & website. However, the content or format of experiences may change during the year. Details of each experience are available from our website or our Customer Services Team on 0871 230 1002 Monday-Friday from 9-5.30pm all of drivers dream days driving events are operated from March-November, you must book your experience in these months but the office is open all year and you can book in from January onwards. You must take part in your experience within these months and it must be booked and taken before the expiry date of the voucher. We plan arrangements for your Experience many months in advance. Very occasionally changes may be made and we reserve the right to do so. This may involve having to reschedule the timing and/or location of an Experience, possibly at short notice, owing to availability, booking numbers, safety, technical problems or other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in any of these circumstances. We will try to provide an experience, location or other alternative wherever possible. In the unlikely event that an alternative cannot or is not offered, a full refund will be available at the discretion of Drivers Dream Days. Similarly, we reserve the right to withdraw supply of a gift without notice due to unavailability or discontinuance of a product line
Web-site and Brochure Prices these are correct at the time of going to press but the company reserves the right to increase/decrease prices at its discretion. However where such price increases are, made clients will be notified before placing an order. If upon activating your gift voucher the customer will be asked to pay the difference. Gifts will only be issued after payment has been made in full to the company.
Details of Insurance with few exceptions, all our experiences involve some element of risk and danger. This is what creates the excitement and the thrill. Every customer is covered by our standard public liability insurance. You may wish to take out additional cover over and above that provided. Accordingly you are advised to consider insurance cover for personal accident, loss of limb and even death or indemnity insurance for damage caused to any vehicles on your event before embarking on your experience. Drivers Dream Days is not responsible for any risks not specifically covered by its own insurance and on arrival at your venue for a Drivers Dream Days experience you will be asked to sign a driver’s indemnity as covered in point 2 above
Withdrawal of your experience its description and or locations Gift vouchers can range in price from £30.00 to £1,000.00 + and are valid for all the experiences shown in our Literature and web-site or brochure. If an experience has been withdrawn you and your recipient will be advised and offered an alternative as near as possible to the original. If this should prove to be impossible you will be offered an alternative with assistance from the customer service team, subject to payment or refund of any difference in price. If alternatives have been offered and dates are available no refunds will be available

All details supplied by clients or recipients of gifts remain confidential to the company. Under no circumstances will any information be supplied to third parties without our clients and or the recipient’s specific authorities in writing, except where there is an emergency involving the statutory authorities

Drivers Dream Days' liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single voucher or experience shall not exceed the price of that experience. This excludes claims arising from personal injury or death due to the negligence of Drivers Dream Days or anyone for whom we are responsible.
The text, illustrations and pictures used in all Drivers Dream Days promotional collateral are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of Drivers Dream Days.
The above terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the statutory rights afforded there under and subject thereto shall form the basis of the contract between the company and its corporate or individual client
