Product Information

You will be driving the Bedford MJ on awesome off-road terrain encountering some seriously challenging
obstacles on your way, but don't worry you'll have an experienced instructor on hand to help you!

There is no set course - the route you take will depend on your experience, ability and stamina!
... Your route will be picked as you go along!


  Duration
         A minimum of 1 hour in the vehicle with you behind the wheel for approximately 15 minutes actual driving time. You will share this experience with up to 3 other participants and 
         should allow up to 2 hours at the venue.

         There is a briefing beforehand and debrief after the driving session followed by the presentation of a certificate.

         Lincolnshire

  Availability
         This activity is run on weekdays and weekends throughout the year,
         with various start times both morning and afternoon.

  Restrictions
         You must be fit, able bodied and 17 year of age or over.

         Driving activities such as 4x4 Off Roading may not be suitable for those with heart, back or neck conditions,
         nor if you are pregnant.
         You must be fit enough to enable you to climb into a high cab.
         We can give you some help if need be.  Maximum weight is 114kg (18stone), maximum height 1.93m
         (6ft 4”0, minimum height 1.57m (5ft2”).

         If you do not fit inside these measurements please contact our office as we may be able to
         accommodate you with prior notice.

         A full valid UK or European driving licence will need to be brought and shown on the day.

         If you are not 100% able bodied but feel you could drive this vehicle safely then please call
          us to check if this is possible.

  Dress Code
         Participants should wear suitable driving footwear and outdoor clothing for the weather conditions.
         The majority of the course is inside the cab, but you may have to get out if you
         become stuck in mud to help secure towing cables.

  Spectators
         Guests are welcome and we encourage specators to get as close to the action as safely possible,
         however we do ask that all guests are prebooked.
         Refreshments (tea/coffee/hot chocolate/orange/biscuits)
         will be available free of charge for yourself and 3 guests.  We charge £5 for extra spectators.

  Other Details
         Meal Arrangements - Meals are not included in this activity although cheese rolls and bacon
         butties are usually available to buy on the day.

  Weather Restrictions
         This activity will only be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions that limit participant’s
         ability to get to the venue, or to run the event safely, in which case you will be notified in advance.

         It is snow and ice that is likely to stop the event running so, if this is forecast,
         please contact the venue as late as possible before setting off to check that the event will be able to run.
