This is your chance to be King of the Road as you take to the wheel of a mighty tractor unit and 40 foot trailer.

Our instructor will take you through a challenging course, and we won't lie reversing can be difficult.

As can trying to master the 10 or 16 speed splitter gearbox.
But this is your chance to see if you've really got what it takes!

  Voucher Validity
         All Drivers Dream Days gift vouchers are valid for a full 12 months from date of purchase;
         this gives you the choice when to take your dream day and secures it at today's price.

  Voucher delivery
         Vouchers ordered before 3pm are posted first class Royal Mail that day.
         For guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm please tick box on the order page.

  Duration
         Taster - Approximately 90 minutes including brief, debrief and 20-40 minutes driving time.
         The course ends with the presentation of a certificate for all participants.
         You will share this activity with another drivers. 
         Some or most of the drivers will be in the vehicle all of the time.
  Locations
         Louth, Lincolnshire

  Availability
         This activity is run on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year,
         with various start times both morning and afternoon. 
         This activity will only be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions
         that limit participants ability to get to the venue,
         or to run the event in safety, in which case you will be notified in advance.

         Please ensure you include all of your contact telephone numbers at the time of placing your booking.

  Restrictions
         You must be fit, able bodied and 17 years of age or over (under 18 years need parental consent on the day). 
         Skid control courses are not suitable for those with heart, back or neck conditions, nor if you are pregnant. 
         Maximum weight is 114kg (18stone), maximum height 1.93m (6ft 4”), minimum height 1.57m (5ft2”).

         If you do not fit inside these measurements please contact our office as we may be
         able to accommodate you with prior notice. 

         A full valid UK or European driving licence will need to be brought and shown on the day.

  Dress Code
         Participants should wear suitable driving footwear and outdoor clothing for the weather conditions.
         The majority of the course is inside the cab, but if it's raining and you are hitching/unhitching the cab
         you may need warm/waterproof clothing depending upon the time of year.
  Spectators
         Guests are welcome and we encourage spectators to get as close to the action as safely possible,
         however we do ask that all guests are pre-booked. Spectators usually ride in the Juggernaut for the whole course,
         depending on numbers.

         Refreshments (tea/coffee/hot chocolate/orange/biscuits)
         will be available free of charge for yourself and 3 guests.
         We charge £5 for extra spectators.
