Luxury Champagne Chocolate Workshop

The ideal corporate event, whether as a team building exercise or as part of your company’s social calendar
during which you will learn about and make your own handmade chocolate.

Not only is champagne served throughout, you will also discover the secrets of chocolate
and top quality dessert wine pairings, as well as receiving a unique chocolate-making kit to take home
alongside your ribbon-tied box filled with your  handmade creations.

The Chocolate Workshop is a new and unique experience based on everyone’s favourite indulgence: chocolate!

We can cater for anything between 8 to 300 participants, either at our premises,
your corporate kitchen or at a designated setting.

The workshops are run by skilled Chocolatiers.

• Champagne is served throughout the workshop and experienced waiting staff will be on hand to assist.

So, what can you expect from your workshop?  Well, if you’ve never tasted handmade chocolate created
from the freshest ingredients before, first and foremost you can expect that the workshop
will be a revelation to your taste buds.

Over the course of the workshop, which lasts for approximately two and a half hours, you will:

• learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar
• learn how to make Dutch truffles, fudge and praline
• demonstrate your cookery skills – or lack of them! – as you cut,
      dip and decorate under a skilled Chocolatier’s guidance
• design your own truffle centres in teams: based on technique and creativity,
      the Chocolatier will award the winning team a prize!
• learn how to pair chocolate with top quality dessert wine –
      discover which combinations create heavenly sensations
• return home with a unique chocolate-making kit alongside a ribbon-tied box
  full of your creations plus a detailed recipe pamphlet.

  Venues:
           Workshops can be either held at our Notting Hill premises, at the restaurant
        of renowned celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson ‘Notting Grill’, at the charming restaurant
        ‘The Clerkenwell’ in the city,  or at a range of beautiful historic venues around London.
        
          We can also hold our workshops outside of London, if required either at our premises,
          your corporate kitchen or at a designated setting.
