Well, if you’re hoping to transport six people to the seaside or follow a mountain goat up an Alp, then yes, the GT3 RS is genuinely rubbish. But if you care about driving, however, it’s properly full on. Senior. Major league stuff. But then you look at what’s been done to the GT3 RS and it’s hardly surprising. It has 80 per cent of the downforce of a GT3 Cup racing car, carbon body panels, placky windows, a magnesium roof (just to save 1.1kg high up on the car).

The GT3 RS has the wheels and tyres from the 918 Spyder, the same seats, steering wheel and brakes, too. It’s adopted the Turbo body which yields two major benefits - wider tracks to aid grip and side air intakes which cause less turbulence and have more ram-air effect into the engine.

  • At Everyman Motor Racing, customers are insured to drive the cars but they are liable to the excess payment if any claim needs to be made due to damage to the vehicles. It is advised that participants purchase a waiver indemnity that is offered to them at the time of booking and on the day
  • Cancellation cover must be paid for separately. This cover will allow you to cancel the activity once for the following reasons; Death within the immediate family, Breakdown on route to an event and Serious illness of the participant
  • Driving experiences are still carried out during rainy weather. All of our cars are road cars and are fitted with wet weather tyres. We advise you wear waterproof clothing
  • In extreme weather conditions, events may be cancelled. In this eventuality, we will do our best to contact the participant to inform you and rearrange your experience
