How Does It Work

How to buy

Once you’ve had a good look through the website and decided on the perfect driving experience, simply complete the following steps:

  • Click the ‘Add to Cart’ on the items you require
  • Click the ‘Shopping Cart’ link, or basket icon to view the items in your basket
  • Complete any required information (e.g. Recipient’s Name) and add any optional extras you may like
  • Click ‘Checkout’ to continue
  • If you have shopped with us before please login to retrieve any stored details; alternatively, enter the necessary details such as billing and delivery addresses
  • Select your delivery and payment method, again filling in any required information
  • Click the ‘Confirm Order’ button to finalise your purchase and process the order

You will then be taken to a confirmation page with your order number, which may be used to reference your order with us in any future correspondence.  In addition, a confirmation email detailing your order number and order details will also be sent to the email address entered during the checkout process.

If you have placed your order before 3pm, your voucher pack will generally be dispatched by your chosen delivery method the same working day.

What you will receive

You will receive a voucher pack in a plain envelope that will be addressed to the purchaser; your voucher pack will contain the following:

  • An Individually produced and personalised gift voucher which will have your unique Voucher Number, Order Number and Expiry Date printed on it
  • An experience information sheet, which will contain all the information on the webpage, including course content, locations and instructions on what to do next.
  • An information sheet detailing our Photographic & Filming packages
  • A copy of our terms and conditions

All of the above will come in a special presentation wallet. Please be aware that we will require the recipient to present the voucher on the day so please ensure that all the documents are kept safe.


Booking your experience

When you are ready to book a date and you have chosen the location you wish to take your experience you will need to contact our Activations Team on 0871 230 1002 and speak to one of our advisers who will discuss the available dates and times.

Once you have decided on a date and made the booking, we will send you a booking confirmation via email.  This confirmation will contain the address, date and time of the chosen event, along with any other relevant information you may need for the day.  You will be required to print this off and bring it along with your voucher to the event, so if you don’t receive this please contact us prior to the event and we will resend it for you.

Please note that once you have booked a date with us, this is a fixed booking and cannot be changed so make sure you are definitely happy before you confirm the date.
