Everyman Motor Racing is one of the largest independent direct suppliers of quality, excellent value driving experiences in the UK. Established for over 29 years we have the largest fleet of supercars and will do everything to make sure your driving experience is unforgettable.

We appreciate choosing an experience day for your family or friends is not easy so we aim to assist you every step of the way with an array of experiences to suit any occasion and all budgets.

By dealing directly with the supplier you are saving any potential mark-ups. We hope you find our website informative and easy to use, however, if you prefer to speak to our sales operatives then our call centre is open 8.30am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8.00am till 4.00pm.

Whether a novice driver or experienced professional we want you to feel welcome and enjoy expert tuition from our ARDs (association of racing school) instructors in the best vehicles and pleasant surroundings. We know how much our customers enjoy their driving experiences so our terms and conditions have been carefully written to ensure there are no misunderstandings, which could detract from your enjoyment. We recommend that anyone purchasing or booking their experience takes time to read the terms and conditions in full.

Our Website: Experience Description
Details of each experience are available from our website or call our Customer Services team on 01509 892260 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 8.00am to 4.00pm. The information provided by Everyman Motor Racing is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of experiences may change during the year. Gift vouchers can range in price from £30.00 to £800.00 and are valid from between 6 and 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a date specific voucher is chosen. This gives you a choice when to take your experience and secures it at today’s price. If an experience has been withdrawn you and your recipient will be advised and offered an alternative as near as possible to the original. If this should prove to be impossible, you will be offered an alternative with assistance from the customer service team, subject to payment or refund of any difference in price. If alternatives have been offered and dates are available, no refunds can be offered.

Website and Brochure Prices
These are correct at the time of going to press but the company reserves the right to increase/decrease prices at its discretion. Due to the ever increasing costs of fuel, Everyman Racing reserve the right to charge the customer at time of booking their experience an additional surcharge to cover these costs, this increase shall be no more than £5 and will not come into effect unless fuel should reach 160ppl.

Collision Damage Waiver
Please note that prices listed on the website are the basic prices for the driving experiences, all our experiences involve some element of risk and danger. Every customer is covered by our standard public liability insurance. You may wish to take out additional cover over and above that which is provided. Accordingly you are advised to consider insurance cover for personal accident, loss of limb and even death or indemnity cover for damage caused to any vehicles on your event before embarking on your experience. Everyman Motor Racing is not responsible for any risks not specifically covered by its own insurance and on arrival at your venue for an Everyman Motor Racing experience you will be asked to sign a driver’s indemnity. Without signing this indemnity you will not be able to take part. At Every Motor Racing, customers are insured to drive the cars but they are liable to the excess payment if any claim needs to be made due to damage to the vehicles. It is advised that participants purchase a waiver indemnity that is offered to them on the day. This is at the cost of £25.00 for one car and £5.00 per car thereafter and is weather dependent. Taking the waiver will void the participant from signing the indemnity on arrival. The statement reads “ Everyman Motor Racing have agreed that should there be any damage whatsoever to any of the vehicles I drive today I will not have to pay the first £5,000 of damage as previously stated on the signing in sheet for my experience. The damage waiver is void if I am found to be driving negligently/dangerously. I confirm that I am not suffering from any illness or disability whether permanent or temporary which will affect my control of the vehicles being driven or instruction being taken. I confirm I hold a valid UK/International driving licence”.

Please note; we have a no spin rule. If you spin or damage a vehicle, your experience will be terminated and all further drives forfit. 

Once purchased this policy is non-refundable.

The text, illustrations and pictures used in all Everyman Motor Racing promotional collateral are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of Everyman Motor Racing.

The pictures used in all promotional material are to illustrate experiences and are used as indication only, particularly those that take place at more than one location. In many instances, experience duration will be influenced by weather and the number of persons participating on the day and in consequence some waiting time may result. The pictures used, description of experiences, duration and availability on the website are intended to be a guide only and do not form part of any contract with them, since the equipment used, the settings in which they take place as well as the supplier/venue may vary from time to time and are subject to change without notice to us the supplier. Everyman Motor Racing reserves the right to make amendments and changes to their experiences without notice and will not be liable for doing so. However, all reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the experiences provided fall within the general terms described in the brochure/description information file or website. Where this cannot be fulfilled, alternative venues or experiences will be offered to the value of your gift voucher. All vehicles used on the day are subject to availability and /or changes without notice. In the event of a vehicle not being available, another vehicle may be implemented but will be of equivalent importance.

Ordering a Gift Voucher
All details supplied by clients or recipients of gifts remain confidential to the company. Under no circumstances will any information be supplied to third parties without our clients and or recipients specific authorities in writing, except where there is an emergency involving the statutory authorities.

All vouchers are normally posted second class (this delivery is to the UK mainland only, there is an extra charge of £2.00 for all European mail, £3.50 for R.O.W), please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times. If your order is placed before 3pm you can choose and pay for special next day delivery and your order will be posted on the day of purchase. This is not an option on Fridays as next day delivery cannot be guaranteed on a Saturday. The cost of this is £7.50 and available for UK mainland only. If you opt for special delivery on a Friday it can only be guaranteed for delivery on Monday. In all delivery cases Everyman Motor Racing cannot be held responsible for failure or delay of delivery as we use the Royal Mail postal service and can only assume that they will fulfil their agreement as stated in their documentation. Please note there will be no dispatch or delivery on UK bank holidays and weekends.

Refunds and Cancellations
Everyman Motor racing are happy to make refunds on unbooked experiences within 7 days of purchase, minus a 10% administration charge (being a minimum charge of £25.00 and a maximum charge of £50.00) After 7 days no refund will be available. The voucher and a letter must be posted to our head office address once you have contacted our sales office requesting a refund within 7 days. An alternative named driver can be submitted, but a £15.00 administration charge will be applicable. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the experience, and if originally purchased by credit card the refund will be credited to the same card. If the card has expired you must include new card details in the letter requesting a refund. If you have a date specific or booked voucher then no refund or cancellation or other changes can be made. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.

Data Protection Act 1998
Everyman Motor Racing complies with each of the eight principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Those principles require that data is:-
Fairly and lawfully processed
Processed for limited purposes
Adequate, relevant and not excessive
Not kept longer than necessary
Processed in accordance with the data subject’s rights
Not transferred outside the EU without adequate protection

Booking Your Day
The majority of Everyman Motor Racing events are operated from February to November. You must attend your driving experience in these months but the office is open all year for bookings. You must take part on your driving experience within these months and it must be booked and taken before the expiry date of your voucher. We plan arrangements for your experience many months in advance. Very occasionally changes can be made and we reserve the right to do so. This may involve having to reschedule the timing and /or location of an experience, possibly at short notice, owing to availability, booking numbers, safety, technical problems or other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in any of these circumstances. We will try to provide an experience, location or other alternative wherever possible. In the unlikely event that an alternative cannot or is not offered, a full refund will be available at the discretion of Everyman Motor Racing. Similarly, we reserve the right to withdraw supply of a gift without notice due to unavailability or discontinuance of a product line. You will need to be sure to give yourself plenty of lead time for your booking, which can be as much as 8-12 weeks prior to the date of your event (as some locations do fill quicker than others) and it is critical that your voucher validity date has not expired when you attend as you will not be allowed to take part in your experience. Once you have booked your date we reserve your car, instructor and circuit time. If you then choose to cancel, you will be in breach of contract Everyman Motor Racing reserve the right to retain all monies paid. (please see below cancellation cover). All customers must allow plenty of time for their journey. If they are late (arriving after their agreed arrival time stated on their letter) they will not be able to take part in their experience. The driver on the day must bring their photo card driving licence, gift voucher and their letter, without these you will not be able to take part. If you have lost your voucher we will replace it for a charge of £25.00, if you are a customer who has returned their voucher to us then you will need your photo card driving licence and your confirmation letter to take part in your event. Directions to the event are sent out as assistance only and customers are asked to plan their journeys carefully. Everyman Motor Racing is not responsible for customers getting to the venue. Everyman Motor Racing does not accept re-bookings if your event has been booked (unless covered under separate cancellation cover)


Flexible Cancellation Cover
Flexible Cancellation cover must be paid for separately when booking your experience.

This can be requested from our Sales Team on 01509 892260 when booking your activity. This cover will allow you to change your booking if you need to re-schedule the day up to 7 day’s prior to your experience.

If you have purchased this from Everyman Motor Racing we will rebook an activity within the voucher’s validity period, if the customer should want to change their booking date, time or cars on an existing booking this will be possible with the Flexible Cancellation Cover.

Within the 7-day period before your experience the cancellation cover will only be eligible for direct consequence of one or more of the circumstances set out below: -

1.     Death within the immediate family

2.     Breakdown on route to an event

3.     Serious illness of the participant or immediate family

Relevant official documentation must be provided i.e. death certificate, doctors note and official recovery documentation.

Once purchased this policy is non-refundable. This covers the participant taking part in the event and not the gift voucher.

 If you do not take the Flexible Cancellation cover: - If you do not take the Flexible Cancellation Cover option and you need to change a booking, there will be no changes, cancellations, rebooks or exchanges without a charge of £25.00. There will be no changes to any bookings made within 7 days of your event

If no Cancellation cover is taken: - There will be no changes to any bookings made within 7 days of your event. Please see above cancellation procedures for full details as no changes, cancellations, rebooks or exchanges will be accepted. Any bookings made where there is more than 7 days before your event, changes can be made but a £25.00 administration fee will be charged.

On your Day- Arrival
Please arrive in good time for registration. We ask that you arrive at least 60 minutes before your scheduled start time so that you can receive relevant information before taking part in your event. We cannot permit anyone to participate in an experience without attending/receiving a drivers briefing, this can be as a group or with your instructor behind the wheel, this will vary depending on which event you are doing. All customers must allow plenty of time for their journey. If they are late (arriving after their agreed arrival time stated on their letter) they will not be able to take part in their experience. Please remember to bring with you your Photocard Driving Licence, if you do not posess a photocard licence you must bring your paper licence along with your passport by way of photo ID. Should you forget to bring your licence you may be charged an administration fee of up to £15 for us to contact the DVLA to confirm that you do hold a Full and current licence, please note that the DVLA closes at 2pm on a Saturday and is not open on a Sunday, we cannot guarantee that the DVLA will be operational when we call and will not accept responsibility for any DVLA licence check unavailability.

Session lengths and availability
All experiences are offered subject to availability and weather conditions on the day. It may be necessary to book your day on certain experiences well in advance (please call our office for advice and /or availability 01509 892260) we are unable to make provisional reservations... You are advised not to make travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been made in writing. Should any alterations have to then take place due to reasons beyond our control we shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred. Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will usually be taking turns with other people and there will be waiting time involved. We provide team timed itineraries as a guide only and the running order of an event may change without notice and Everyman Motor Racing will not be liable.

Adverse weather conditions, Mechanical Breakdown and cancellation of your booking event
From time to time some of our experiences may have to be cancelled or suspended due to adverse weather conditions, reasons beyond our control or very occasionally mechanical breakdown. Where this is a possibility, for example in the case of certain driving experiences every effort will be made to contact you and /or offer an alternative on the day or re-book the experience at the next available date or venue. Everyman Motor Racing will not be responsible for any accommodation, travel or incidental expenses incurred by customers and every effort will be made on the day for your event to continue, even if the time scale is over and above expected booked time or we will offer you an alternative. Once you have booked your experience you are bound by the relevant suppliers terms and conditions and these will be implemented and adhered to at all times. From time to time there may be situations that are out of our control, we cannot pay compensation, damages, expenses, costs, losses or any other amount of any description or otherwise accept responsibility for you not being able to attend your event in such circumstances which will usually include, war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, natural or nuclear disaster, bad weather and all similar circumstances, and in all such cases whether, actual or threatened.

Adult participants shorter than 1.5 metres (approx 5’) or taller than 1.9 metres (approx 6’ 6”) and /or weighing more than 19 stone may have difficulty being accommodated. Children taking part in junior courses must be between the ages of 11 to 17 years and be a minimum of 1.48 metres (4’ 10”) tall. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must remain at the venue during the child’s period of activity. It is for the buyer to be satisfied both at the time of purchase and on the experience date that the participant can undertake the experience. No refund will be given. Once booked you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. We hold a non-smoking rule whilst in vehicles or in any building on an Everyman Motor Racing event. Alcohol is strictly forbidden from all our events. Anyone who we suspect to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from all activities and entitled to no refund or rebook (this relates actions and or smell deemed to be alcohol and or drug related). All clients participating in motoring activities must hold a valid UK/European driving licence (please see below) unless specifically stated otherwise on the website, for example in the case of junior driving. Any participant who lacks understanding of the English Language will not be able to take part. If you have any medical condition or disability which will affect your ability to undertake the experience, or instruction to be taken, this must be disclosed on the booking form where indicated. If you are in any doubt then please consult your doctor. To ensure the validity of any insurance cover we may in some instances ask clients over a certain age to produce a medical certificate.

Are welcome to attend all events that Everyman Motor Racing directly supply. This includes venues at Dunsfold, Pro-Drive, Long Marston, Lydden Hill, Llandow, Elvington and Prestwold. Other circuits may be subject to conditions, please ask our customer services advisors upon booking. Due to insurance restrictions, children under the age of 12 are permitted but must be supervised at all times whilst on the site by an accompanying adult. Dogs (except guide dogs) or pets cannot be admitted under any circumstances. Please note it may be possible for spectators to participate in other activities subject to availability on the day for payment of the appropriate fee. At some events there may be a 4 x 4 spectator ride around our challenging course included, pay as you go Supercars, and karting. In car filming and photographs are also offered and are subject to availability.

We recommend that you come prepared for the extremes of British climate! Please wear comfortable driving clothing. On cold/wet days you will need warm waterproof clothing, gloves and hats, whilst on summer days the site can become extremely hot and dusty(sun cream). On dry days, wearers of contact lenses may experience some discomfort.

Lunch Arrangements
Catering facilities are available on site; this does vary depending on venues.

Driving Ability
We do ask that participants bring their driving licences with them for the event. They need to bring photo ID so if they have only got a paper part driving licence they will need to bring their passport as form of ID. We also ask that you can drive a vehicle with a manual gear box. We accept the following licence types: - Full UK, European, USA, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian and the old style UK with no photo ID.

Problems or Queries
If you have a problem or complaint on the day please bring it to the attention of the host or event manager/organiser at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right. In general we consider it unreasonable if you take no action during an event, but then write a letter of complaint at a later date. It is difficult to put your issue right if you have already left the venue. Every effort and aim of all staff of Everyman Motor Racing is happy customers and refunds will not be issued after the event. If you have a situation with regards any other matters, you can send a letter to our customer services department at the address below. Our policy is to reply within 30 days.

Everyman Motor Racing liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single voucher or experience shall not exceed the price of that experience. This excludes claims arising from personal injury or death due to the negligence of Everyman Motor Racing or anyone for whom we are responsible, not covered by our public liability Insurance

All the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of using any voucher, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser.

The above terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales and the statutory rights afforded there under and subject there to shall form the basis of the contract between the company and its corporate or individual client.


USB Filming

Your in-car footage will include 1x track camera and 1x in-car camera.

Bonus features include GPS, speedometer, G-force and full audio.  However, from time to time technical errors can occur which are out of our control. This can include missing footage or even corrupt files.

If footage is missing, we will offer you a partial refund (£5 per drive) but no additional drives would be given for USB failure. If all drives are corrupt, the USB will need to be returned to issue a full refund.

If one or more bonus features fail, no refund will be given and under no circumstances will additional drives be given for USB failure of any kind.

It is your responsibility to hand your USB to each instructor in each individual car. Customers are to understand that should they fail to do this no refund will be given.

After your drive, it is your responsibility to get your USB checked, you will then be asked to sign to confirm you have seen the footage and both cameras are working correctly.  Once you have left our venue the content of your USB is your responsibility and no refund or replacement can be sought. 

Please note that all USB footage and photographs remain the property of Everyman Racing and may be used for promotional purposed online or in a published document.  All USB sticks remain the property of Everyman Racing until the experience has been completed.  Footage that is deemed inappropriate will be withheld and removed from the USB by Everyman Racing.


Price Promise

If you buy from us and see the same gift experience cheaper elsewhere on the web within 14 days, we will refund the difference.

Want to claim a Price Match?

Simply email helpinfo@everymanracing.co.uk telling us the name of the site, your contact details and the date and price of the gift experience. We'll take a look and verify the price with the website. If it is the same experience for cheaper then we'll refund you 200% of the difference.*

Price guarantee only applies to internet retailers that have the same gift experience in stock, immediately available and priced correctly.

You must submit your Price Match claim with 14 days of your purchase at everymanracing.co.uk

Price comparisons include handling and delivery charges in the total price.

We can't Price Match when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on your order.

Price Match guarantee is subject to change at any time and is only available for purchases made in the United Kingdom.
